Transaction Terms

  1. Delivery

Delivery method: Q.ulinary Essentials will deliver the goods to you through our designated couriers to the address that you’ve entered during the order process. We offer nationwide delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Q.ulinary Essentials do not deliver to areas that are affected by the natural disasters or feel that the delivery will cause danger to our shippers.

  1. Exchange policy

The customer will not be entitled to open a package and only check the outside of package. The customer is only entitled to open the package after payment has been made fully to the delivery staff. Q.ulinary Essentials won’t accept any exchange if there is no defects/error from the manufacturers or distributors.

If the customer detects that the package has a distorted sign, no intact or wrong recipient information, the buyer has the right to refuse to receive the package. For prepaid orders, when the buyer refuses to receive the package, Q.ulinary Essentials will perform a refund procedure within 10 working days.

If the customer is not satisfied or has problems with received product, the customer shall complaint immediately to Q.ulinary Essentials within 24 hours after receiving package. The payment paid by the customer for the package will be refunded after obtaining final decision of Q.ulinary Essentials.

  1. Exchange policy

Exchange items:

Q.ulinary Essentials accepts to exchange the product(s) when it meets the following requirements:

  • Customer receives different amount, wrong description or model compared to the original order.
  • Products need to be attached with the original label and come with an original receipt
  • Products were flawed by the manufacturer or defects during transit process (broken, deform and etc…)

Non-exchange items:

  • Promotion items and sale items
  • Items that have been used by the customers
  • Items from third parties or items that cannot identify the origin.
  • Items without the original label and original receipt

The customer needs to send the exchange items to our store at Q.Industries building, Lot DVTM-09, road no.7, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HCMC.

Our team will process and comeback with a response within 7 working days from the day we’ve receive the item(s).

Step 1: Identify the quality of the exchange goods

Within 7 working days from the date received, if the good is qualified for the exchange, the customer needs to take photos of the product’s current condition. These needs to show our SKU and our barcode label, the defect/damage… After that, the customer needs to contact our Customer Service department through hotline/Facebook fanpage and report the information. The photos are also needed for our confirmation.

Step 2: Confirmation from Q.ulinary Essentials

After we’ve received the information, we will proceed our inspection to confirm that if the good is exchangeable.

After confirmed the good is qualified for an exchange, please kindly keep the good in original condition i.e. barcode, SKU label attached with related documents:

  • Receipt, Delivery note
  • Exchange request with filled in customer information

Step 3: The Customer sends back the good(s) to us.

The customer needs to send the good(s) in the original packaging, attached with all the related documents mentioned in Step 2 to: Q Industries Building, Lot DVTM-09, Road no.7, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City from 10a.m-7p.m (Monday-Saturday). In case the customer wants to come directly to the store then please call us in advance by: 028 3770 0878

Step 4: Q.ulinary Essentials confirms and send the exchanged good(s) to customer

After we’ve confirmed and accept your exchange, our Customer Service will contact customer to proceed the exchange and send the good(s) back to customer.

Exchange period:

If the customer receives different amount, wrong description or model compared to the original order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Q.ulinary Essentials, with all due respect will not accept any complaints after this period.

ATTENTION: If the good(s) send to us do not meet our requirements mentioned above or do not qualify for resell, customer will take responsibility and pay for the damage or the damage will be added to the cost of the exchange good(s).

  1. Cancellation policy

We only accept order cancellation within 24 hours from the point of successful transaction. Customer shall contact us by 028 3770 0878 and email us at [email protected] for support to cancel the order.

If the order cancellation is made before the delivery, it would take normally within 1 hour from the point of order confirmation, we will refund 100% value of the purchased good for the customer.

If the order cancellation is made after the delivery, Q.ulinary Essentials will process the amount after deduct any related costs (delivery fees, transaction fees, packaging fees…) or we will not accept the cancellation.

To track the order progress, the customer shall log in to the Order Management on our website or contact us by 028 3770 0878, email us at [email protected]

We will not accept any order cancellations if the time period mentioned above is over.

  1. Price

The price listed on the Website is final and includes Value Added Tax (VAT). Price is subject to change depending on the time and applicable promotion program. Delivery and/or additional fulfillment fee (if applicable), will be clearly displayed on the checkout page when the order is placed.

We always try to ensure that all information and prices displayed are accurate for each product, however, there may be occasional errors or omissions due to objective factors. If any price defect is detected, the system will automatically cancel the order, send email and SMS to inform the customer. Then, the refund request will immediately be initiated (if the order has been paid in advance
