Ingredients:

250g wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

30g cornstarch

1 tablespoon cooking oil

 

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Mix 250g wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a bowl.

 

 

 

Step 2: Beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl, whisk well, and add them to the flour mixture.

 

 

 

Step 3: Add 60ml of water, mix well, knead the dough until it becomes soft, smooth, and non-sticky.

 

 

 

Step 4: Wrap the dough with food wrap, place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

 

 

Step 5: Sprinkle cornstarch on the chopping board, take out the dough mixture, and roll it thinly with a rolling pin. Then, wrap the dough again with food wrap and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

 

 

Step 6: Sprinkle some wheat flour on the dough surface to prevent sticking, fold the dough into thirds. Use a knife to cut the folded dough into thin strands to form noodles.

Note: To prevent the dough from drying while rolling, make sure to tightly wrap the unused dough.

 

Step 7: Use wheat flour to lightly coat the cut dough, toss it gently to separate the strands and prevent them from sticking together.

Step 8: Boil the noodles. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and then cook the noodles. Boil them for about 5-6 minutes over medium heat until the noodles float to the surface. Boil for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove the noodles from the pot.

Prepare a bowl of cold water and immerse the cooked noodles in it until they cool down completely. Then, remove the noodles from the water. The cooked noodles will be glossy, beautiful, and delicious, just like the ones served in restaurants.
